Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer & Eligibility
1.1 Participation in the Beryl’s Malaysia #RayaBersamaBeryls (“the Campaign” / “Lucky Draw”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Beryl’s reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion at any priority of time without prior notice.
1.2 The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens, permanent resident (working permit) and oversea student (with VISA), residing in Malaysia age 18 years old and above ONLY. Participants below the age of 18 years old are required to seek parental or guardian consent.
2. # RayaBersamaBeryls Campaign and Duration
2.1 The Campaign duration is 49 days starting from 13th April 2021 00:00:00 to 31st May 2021 11:59:59 following (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time zone (“Campaign Period”).
2.2 Entries received before or after the Campaign Period are invalid and will not be entertained.
3. Submission
3.1 Submission entries are via Facebook & Instagram ONLY. Participant are required to include hashtag #RayaBersamaBeryls and account needs to be set as public for tracking purposes.
3.2 Participants must follow our @Berylschocolate Facebook or Instagram profiles.
3.3 Each photo posted by participant equals to 1 entry. Maximum 3 entries per participant.
3.4 Duplicated photo entries or photo submission without hashtag #RayaBersamaBeryls will be disqualified and Beryl’s management shall not be liable for any delay of photo submissions.
3.5 Entries submitted must NOT contain the following:
3.5.1 Nudity or sexual content.
3.5.2 Obscene language is not allowed.
3.5.3 Advertising for other products, services or websites
3.5.4 Copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to a third party unless legally authorized by the third party to use such material.
3.5.5 Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposure, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity.
3.5.6 Any other cause for rejection is based solely upon Beryl’s Chocolate Management.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 #RayaBersamaBeryls (1st April – 31st May 2021)
4.1.1 Step 1: Buy any Beryl’s product(s).
4.1.2 Step 2: Snap a picture with your loved one with any Beryl’s product(s).
4.1.3 Step 3: Upload your photo and hashtag #RayaBersamaBeryls
Participant’s account need to be set as public*
*Each photo posting equals to 1 entry. Maximum 3 entries per participants.

5.2 Beryl’s Chocolate Management reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of same equivalent value without prior notice and reason.
5.3 Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize(s).
5.4 Announcement of winners will be made on Beryl’s Malaysia Facebook, Instagram & Beryl’s Website Contest Page on 10th June 2021.
5.5 Winner(s) will be notified by direct or private message through Facebook or Instagram.
5.6 All Winner(s) must respond to the Contest winning notification before ‘date shown as table 5.1 above’ & Beryl’s management will not be responsible for any delayed response from any winners and reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest participant.
5.7 Winner(s) must provide full information within 10 days from the date we contact the winner(s).
5.8 Winners are required to provide the following information accurately after receiving the winning notification:
5.8.1 Personal details (Photocopy of IC - front and back)
5.8.2 Contact details
5.8.3 Email address
5.8.4 Shipping address
5.A. Liabilities & Responsibilities
5.A.1 All transportation, accommodation, internet charges, call charges, SMS, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and prize redemption shall be the sole responsibility of the winner(s)
5.A.2 Participants shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) arising from their participation in the contest and/or redemption of the prizes.
5.A.3 Beryl’s Management shall not be liable to the Participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any participant as result of participation or non-participation in the Contest or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Beryl’s Chocolate Management.
5.A.4 Beryl’s Management shall not be held liable for any entry that is incomplete or illegible due to problems such as computer malfunctions, lost Internet connections or transmission problems.
6. Right of the Organizer
6.1 By participating in the Contest, the participants give consent and absolute right to the Beryl’s Chocolate Management to use their names, photography and their prizes as materials for the purposes of advertising, marketing and publicity without prior notice.
6.2 Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or any other forms of compensation for the use of the materials by Beryl’s Chocolate Management.
6.3 Beryl’s Management reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1 Beryl’s Management will collect Contest participant’s personal data and information for the following purposes:
7.1.1 To notify the participant if he/she won the Contest.
7.1.2 To verify the identity of participants for participation or prize collection.
7.2 Beryl’s Management will not share or sell your personal information with any other organization. However, we may be under a duty to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation.
B. Ramadan Rewards 2021
Terms and Conditions
1. Ramadan Rewards Duration
1.1 The Ramadan Rewards will run for 42days starting from 1st April 2021 00:00:00 to 12th May 2021 11:59:59 following (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time zone (“Ramadan Rewards Period”).
2. How to Qualify for Ramadan Rewards
2.1 Spend RM220 and above in one (1) transaction/receipt on our online shop www.berylschocolate.com.my and received your FREE Ramadan Rewards.
2.2 Combine transaction/receipt is not allowed to redeem the prizes.
3. Rewards
3.1 Receive one (1) FREE Beryl’s Insulated Cooler Bag 28cm28cm5cm and random one (1) FREE new Beryl’s 100g Chocolate Bar.

4. Redemption
4.1 Beryl’s Management will ship your Ramadan Rewards together with your online order.
5. Right of Beryl’s Management
5.1 Beryl’s Management reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Ramadan Rewards at
any time without prior notice.
